We work with insurance professionals to structure a group plan to meet
your needs and those of your employees. In addition to negotiating a plan, we will
coordinate enrollments, administration, premium participation and payment of invoices.
Disability Insurance
Short term and long term disability insurance programs are
low-cost benefits to offer. Both voluntary and employer-sponsored plans are
available.
Section 125 Cafeteria Plan/Health
Reimbursement Accounts
Providing for tax-free payment of group health insurance premiums
and the ability to participate in medical reimbursement and dependent care plans can be a
very important employee benefit. EASi
provides full administration of Section 125 benefit plans, including
tax-free payroll deductions and claims payment. And we administer Health
Reimbursement Accounts (HRAs), which, when combined with high deductible health
plans or for specialized type of benefits, can be a great supplement to your
benefit program.
401(k) Retirement Plan
This multi-employer plan allows employees to self-direct their
contributions in more than 58 different investment vehicles. The co-employer has
options for matching and vesting. Entry is allowed semi-annually.
Administration fees are included in the basic service fee.

Employees are eligible for membership in Pro
Fed Credit Union which has branches in
Fort Wayne and the surrounding communities. Indianapolis area employees
can join Forum Credit Union.
